SMEAR MUD SMEARMUD (2318)
Syntax: smearmud
One savage technique employed by certain rangers is that of smearing mud on
the body in order to gain combative benefits. When covered with mud, it is
exceedingly difficult for an opponent to grasp, throw, or otherwise harm
the ranger with any method that involves direct body contact. The more exposed
skin covered with mud, the more effective this technique proves to be. Mud
can best be found near shallow, moving water, on the murky bottoms of rivers,
lakes and oceans, and in the forests, hills and plains during the rain.
