'ADRENAL SURGE' (1562)
Syntax: cast 'adrenal surge'
This spell of Transmutation evokes a momentary burst of strength in a
single being, quickening their blood and granting them the strength of
anger. As the effect is nearly instantaneous, it is wasted if they are
not already in combat. If successful, it gives a small boost to the
target's next blow, lending it both force and accuracy. This surge of
energy fatigues the target slightly, and a target who does not trust
the caster may be angered by the sensation. As the caster is better
prepared for the moment of action, they are less drained by the fatigue
if they cast it upon themselves.
