This spell forces toxins within a victim to the organs which will most
likely cripple them. If the victim is drunk, diseased, poisoned, or the
like, it will attempt to sharpen these debilitating effects, making them
more potent and harder to get rid of. Healthy victims are immune.
Mass Augment Toxins attempts to assail a victim's entire group.
