Syntax: bindlegs This allows a thief to bind the legs of a sleeping victim. Victims with their legs bound find it difficult to walk and can not use many attacks that would specifically use their legs. The victim (assuming his hands are not bound) or a passer-by can unbind this binding on their legs. See also: UNBIND
