The most powerful of the Dukes of Hell, the Twelve Fiends of Cocytus (the
lowest circle of the Nine Hells) can be called upon to fill the caster of
this infernal magic with unholy strength and speed.
While engorged with Bloodlust, an anti-paladin of at least the 45th level
will automatically strike at any and all who are attacking them, although
the majority of their attacks will still be at their primary target.
