syntax: cast engulf <victim> This spell allows an Invoker to open a channel into the Elemental Plane of Water, releasing a massive torrent of water to engulf a target. More powerful than the Drown spell, this magic does not require that the caster be in water to create the channel. To learn this spell the Invoker must first master Watershield (Elemental Water).
