EXCISION (2485)
Syntax: cast 'excision' <wand>
Masters of both the arcane and the martial, anti-paladins have developed
a method for tearing forth the magical spells within wands without having to
relinquish their grip on their weapons. Slower and less reliable than
gripping a wand in the hands, Excision nonetheless allows the use of wands
directly from the inventory.
This spell is most effective when the anti-paladin is also skilled with wands
in general, and requires at least basic proficiency with them.
