HURL (655)

syntax: hurl <location> <victim>
Valid locations are: forearm, shoulder, torso, leg, and throat.

With a simple flick of the wrist, a dagger can be thrown with deadly
accuracy. The affects vary depending on the location struck; amounts are ranked
relative to each other.

Forearm: Lowers the victim's strength a large amount and reduces their chance
to successfully make additional melee attacks (second, third, fourth, etc.)
somewhat.

Shoulder: Lowers the victim's strength, dexterity, and hitroll a medium amount.

Torso: Lowers the victim's strength a large amount and causes bleeding.

Leg: Lowers the victim's strength and dexterity a small amount and causes
movement to exhaust them much more quickly than normal, similar to a hamstring
strike.

Throat: Lowers the victim's strength a medium amount and silences them for a
short time. Striking a victim in the throat is especially challenging.
