Syntax: cast 'muscular lethargy'
cast 'mass lethargy'
Through this spell, a transmuter can fatigue a target briefly, stealing
the strength from their next blow in combat if they do not resist. The
victim regains most of their energy back almost immediately, though the
effort of fighting through the magic can be tiring. This spell is less
successful against heartier foes.
As a transmuter gains in power, their muscular lethargy can produce additional
effects, such as hampering the victim's dexterity slightly, lagging the victim
very slightly, or dealing minor damage.
Mass Lethargy is similar, but can fatigue the target's entire group.
