'PILLAR OF THE HEAVENS' (709)
syntax: cast 'pillar of the heavens'
This powerful spell allows the Invoker to open a conduit to the Quasi-
Elemental Plane of Lightning to call down a localized barrage of lightning
bolts from the heavens. Those struck by these bolts of lightning may
continue to surge with arcs of lightning, jolting their muscles and
stunning them periodically. The spell must be used outdoors in order to
gain the proper environment for the conduit to be opened. To learn this
spell the Invoker must have first mastered Lightningshield (Quasi-Elemental
Lightning).
