Syntax: cast 'vampiric touch' <target>
Using Negative Plane energy as a channel for extracting life energy from the
target of this spell, the caster can reconstruct their own physical self by
sapping the resources of others. Needing less energy to maintain their
corporeal self, a necromancer who has Become (a Lich, Mummy, etc.) benefits from
this magic far more than a living necromancer. Mummies can make special use of
this spell when they begin ABSTRACTION.
