WHISPERING WIND 'WHISPERING WIND' (1365)
Syntax: cast 'whispering wind'
This spell casts your words through the winds to the room where the target
character is. If you are successful, anyone awake in that room will hear your
message whispered there. Victims who make their saving throw will know that
someone is using whispering wind, but not who. Victims who fail their saving
throw will think that someone hidden to them really did whisper your message.
Some environments are not conducive to your words.
