VIGILANCE (1879)
Syntax: Vigilance
This allows you to see hidden and invisible people. More importantly, however,
it allows you to tell true yells from false ones. Someone who is truly being
attacked will 'yell wildly', whereas someone who is merely pretending will
only 'yell'.
Magistrates who have heightened their senses by other means (eg. a detect
invis spell) will not be using their Magistrate's vigilance to enhance that
sense. Therefore when the detect invis spell falls, the magistrate will need
to wait until he next actively uses his vigilance skill before he can detect
the invisible via the skill.
