'NORTHERN MOUNTAINS' (2410)
To the north and west of Udgaard, there once existed a small settlement of
rogues and outcasts. Located at the border of the frigid Northern
Mountains, little now remains of this village. With his eye on expanding
the influence of his city, Udgaard Loke sent his troops forth to remove
this den of rogues and press into the untamed mountain ranges. Work has
begun on the West Loke Road, and the signs of Udgaardian civilization has
spread into the area. The Udgaardian soldiers continue their battles in
the mountains, and though eager to expand, the Udgaardian legions are
pestered and hindered by not only the huge barbaric cloud giants native to
the icy lands, but also a gathering of paladins, thought to be a part of
the remnant of the now outlawed Udgaardian guild. Much of the mountains
remain full of dangers for the unwary travelers, and caution is advised.
