'THE JADE MOUNTAINS' (2552)
Rising out of the foothills north and east of Seantryn Modan are the
Jade Mountains, home to the reclusive jade elves. Soaring peaks and
majestic valleys run to the far eastern horizon, all of the rich green
color that gives this region its name. A very dangerous place to
travel, adventurers are advised to closely study the terrain around
them before they try to cross the mountains, as the blowing snow can
hide all manner of dangers. Those who have actually spoken with the
jade elves report that their hunters have caught glimpses of a massive
jade dragon that is rumored to dwell somewhere within the maze of peaks
and rifts.
