'WARP DIMENSION' (2674)

Syntax: cast 'warp dimension' 

Conjurers may crudely manipulate the dimensional structure of their immediate 
surroundings in order to disorient their foes. The ripple will spread away 
from the caster's group and servitors, striking all nearby. It is most 
effective against less intelligent opponents, as they have the most difficulty 
adjusting to such a sudden environmental change. 

There is a small chance that the conjurer will be briefly addled by toying 
with such forces, although they are better prepared for them than their foes 
would be.
