Syntax: where where <character> where pk WHERE without an argument tells you the location of visible players in the same area as you are. WHERE with an argument tells you the location of one character with that name within your area, including monsters, if they arent sneaking. WHERE PK tells you the location of all visible players that are in the same area as you are in and in your PK-range.
