'OCTAGONAL TOWER' (2870)
Little is known of this mystical eight-sided tower, save whispered tales
and legends told in the dark corners of taverns long after the sun has
disappeared for the night. Some say it was built by an ancient wizard to
house the subjects for his inhuman experiments; others claim it seals
within its walls vast armies of undead demons. Still others swear that
its halls are roamed by the damned spirits of the dead, locked now into
an eternity of anguish. Of all the tales, only a few things are common:
the Tower is ancient, is filled with powerful magics, and no one really
knows where it lies save 'North o' here, I reckon.'
