With the new trade routes opening and flourishing in recent times, the
city of Hamsah Mu'tazz has re-established contact with the deep steppes
once again through the efforts of its representative, the venerable Elder
Nasiruddin, through a mercantile agreement. The wounds of history are
salved, and it behooves no one to make more mention of the sullied past.
Through this agreement ratified by the Highness himself, may Hamsah
Mu'tazz reclaim its origins, may diplomatic relations improve, and may
commerce flourish on the basis of our good relations.
