'DESERT OF ARAILE' (2898)
Araile is a vast desert south of Hamsah Mu'Tazz, rumored to once have been
a vast lake with a expansive city on its shores in ancient time. A
catastrophic failed magic experiment turned it into a sweeping ocean of a
strange, crystalline red sand. Home to a thriving village of tribals and
many other unique creatures, it's said that many strange and wonderous things
can be found deep within the flowing sands. Surrounded by the high red cliffs,
the desert is unique in that it is seemingly immune to the normal wind storms
and siroccos of other deserts.
