SEWERS 'GALADON SEWERS' (2917)
In any city, the protection of its walls comes at the price
of severing one's connection to the earth. As each spirit
lives their cycle on stone-paved ground, their waste accumulates,
becoming a bastion for pestiliance and filth, instead of
being absorbed and cleansed by the earth as nature intended.
The bigger the city, the worse this plight, and so it was that
the City of Galadon was the first to mar deeply the soil beneath
it, turning it into a festering wound known as the sewers.
Long have the adventurers of Thera sought out the darkness
and the disease of this place, seeking wealth or a way to
hone their skills, and for centuries, it remained unchanged.
So many years of decay, however, finally took its toll on
the earth, making it shift and move. You may find no openings
where there once were, beasts where there were none, or the
necessity to crawl through its cramped passageways with care.
