While novice shapeshifters are unable to maintain the energy of certain spells
as they shift from one form to another, a skilled shapeshifter can accomplish
the transition without the loss of those energies. While often quite helpful,
the stress of such focus is known to be tiring, causing shifting to be more
draining upon the mind than it would be otherwise. Specifically, each skill
maintains the following effects:

Control Levitation - Fly
Control Speed - Haste or Slow
Control Skin - Stone Skin
Control Phase - Pass Door and Control Translucence
