HYDROPHOBIA (2947)
Not all races are built properly for swimming and diving. While
arials, felar, and dwarves can traverse water on a boat, diving
beneath the surface even for a short instant is not possible
without aid. Even just attempting to do so can put fear into
their minds as they approach the water and try to keep their
thoughts away from the terrifying prospect of drowning. With
magical aid or seaweed (see PILL), they can dive for brief periods
of time, but the experience is traumatizing.
