PLANE OF SHADOW 'SHADOW PLANE' (3273)

Closely tied to the Material Plane, the Plane of Shadow is a place devoid
of color, of day and night, and of true civilization.  The darkness of the
Material world merges and is cast upon the place of shadows, where light
only serves as a reminder of the darkness and decay that define this place.
It is said that the dwellers of this plane are ephemeral projections of the
living and the dead, past and present, transparent and ephemeral.  When
children stumble lost in the dark of the night, those that disappear are
said to have crossed over into this place, never to return.
