'SPEECH IMPEDIMENT FLAW' (3778)

This flaw gives you an inconsistent manner of speech that may include lisping,
struggling with certain consonants, and messing up some pronunciations. This
impediment is a general one and doesn't cause an error every single time you
say the same word.

Speech flaws severely impair a mage's ability to cast spells and should not be
taken as a mage unless you are an unreasonable masochist.

Speech flaws hinder anything you might need SAY to complete - this includes
certain cabal inductions. Plan accordingly.
