Syntax: cast 'fly' <character>
inherent 'flight'
This spell enables the target character to fly.
Flying creatures are easily able to avoid tripping attempts, and able to
cross bodies of water without a boat.
Arials have the inherent ability to fly through the use of the inherent
command.
Shapeshifters can cast the spell on themselves, or enliven it while in form.
Transmuters can cast the spell on themselves and others.
