'THE VALE OF ARENDYL' (929)
South of Darsylon lies this tranquil vale, filled with maple, elm and
oak trees. Elf scouts from Darsylon patrol the forest, keeping a watchful
eye on those who trespass in this sacred land of the elven people. A grove
of giant Ironwood trees dominates the northwest corner of the Vale, home
to a great many elves who prefer the quieter life away from the hustle and
bustle of Darsylon. Dark-elves and orcs, both ancient enemies of the
elves, have been spotted skulking about the outskirts of the Vale, so
travelers should be wary when traveling these paths.
