Syntax: co 'spectral weapon' <victim> <weapontype>

Weapon types: axe, javelin, hammer
Melding faith and war, this supplication allows the communer to create
spectral weapons and immediately hurl them at their opponent. These weapons
vary in damage type based on the type called upon, and can cause additional
afflictions to their victims.
If no weapon is specified, it will be randomly selected.
If the communer cannot see his enemy the weapon will be similarly randomly
selected, as it is necessary to visualize and see to be able to manifest
weapons specifically desired.
