Long have ranger legends told tales of those who walked flanked by two mighty
bears, yet the secret of bear kinship was lost with the ages. Today, only
beastmasters remember the Way of the Bear, and with a roar, can inspire the
emergence of ursine companions native to the region in which they are called.
The bears remain with the beastmaster for only short periods of time, but when
they do, they make fierce and loyal companions.
