Syntax: brutalrush

Savages rarely hold back any punches when engaged in the ferocity of brutal
combat. Using this technique, a savage will rush at an enemy, closing the
distance to such savage proximity that either combatant using a weapon larger
than a dagger will find their maneuvers highly restricted.

Agility is a boon in initiating, maintaining, evading, or escaping a brutal 
rush.  A savage will find the technique most effective in their home terrain, 
and least effective outside of the wilderness.
