BOND 'THE BOND' (2294)
Through ancient rites rediscovered, two Nexuns may bond themselves to each other. Two souls become one as they share many things which they have never felt nor seen before. Traits of each shall pass through the flows to each other as together they shall become one. Just as in life, the bond becomes stronger for those who have progressed further within their guild as many new wonders open up for them. Fighter Nexuns provide their rate of hit point regeneration to their magi, if it is better than their own. They share some small part of their martial skill, and can act as a mana reservoir for the magi to draw upon in times of need. Magi Nexuns provide their rate of mana regeneration to their fighter, if it is better than their own. If their mind is more keen than their partners, the fighter may find that they learn more easily as well. The fighter will also gain the ability to see the invisible from their bond with the magi. Each Nexun provides additional gifts to their bondmate beyond these, but the gifts they bestow upon their partners vary with their class. Bond gifts can include such boons as the sharing of a skill with the partner, beneficial affects which remain with the bondmate as long as the bond endures, and modifying existing skills and spells so that they also affect the bondmate when used.
