Description
Chest out and chin up, this gargantuan being
stands proudly before you. His beautiful, long
green hair is tied in a braid with golden clasp.
The golden clasp depicts a fiery avian creature,
though obviously crudely inscribed into the
clasp, it is still quite well-done. The giant, like
many of hs kin is of green skin-tone, and his
skin curves and winds over his muscular body,
which seems to be writhing with life. His eyes
emit a naive and noble look, almost childlike.
But they also show great determination as
looks into the world with courage. He wears
thick armors and bears weapons emblazoned
with holy symbols and other various artifacts
that depict a holy man. On his person are
many battle scars, some stretch the length
of his thigh, wihle others barely mark his face.
As you end your inspection of him, he turns to
glance at you, and continues on his journey.

The Spark

The life of this giant has not been what one could call easy.
It all begins and ends in Darsylon, so to speak. This is
the tale of Alvariohn Fehas, merchant boy of Darsylon.
..
"The Finest Mithril" was the name of the store their
family owned. They were not a wealthy bunch, the
Fehas'. In fact, they were among the poorer of the
families in Darsylon. They made little profit, and only
then during times of great war. Their craft was not one
of business, but instead one of loyalty to their Kind.
They kept their craft of weapon-making alive so that
there would never be a shortage of armour and weapons
to defend the City. It is no mystery why Alvariohn is
so good with the various warez his family sold.
..
Few giants lived in Darsylon. In fact, the Fehas were
the only one's the Fehas knew. It just so happened
that the elves were in a time of great war agains the
drow, and a shortage of weapons and armours was
beginning to become apparent. However, there was
also a shortage of those who would fight the war.
The elves began to seek the help of their allies, and
among those included the storm giants. Alvariohn
heard this news and quickly jumped to the cause,
for he loved to fight for a just cause, and even moreso,
he loved to adventure and seek out new things.
..
With the elves, he went and aided them in their cause.
It is fighting this fight that he felt more alive and more
in position than he ever felt making warez with his kin.
Few came back from the fight, but he was among the
survivors. He had a feeling that his passion had
helped him return so that he may fight again another
day. It is because of this feeling that he has chosen
to devote his life to the Winged Lord of Passion.
What Lies Ahead

Much time has passed since Alvariohn departed from
Darsylon, and much has happened. He joined the
Paladin's guild and has dedicated his fighting towards
that of the shields. Along his pious path, he set out
to seek the Winged Lord, Arvam. After devout prayer,
the great Lord appeared before him and granted him
further strength. This was not merely just some sort
of empowerment for Alvariohn, but a key point in his
life, for it is here that he realized and began to
develop who he is. It has become quite apparent that
he has a strong conviction for furthering of the Light.
So great is his passion to join the struggle against
evil, that some might call him hasty when it comes
to engaging battles. This is not to say that he is
bloodthirsty, but it also is not to say that his
passion is weak and mild, but rather, it is to say
that his mindset is so keen to his goal, that he would
pay the ultimate price to see his goals done. But,
some may say that giving up one's life is foolish, and
for one who was born under the Sphere of Passion, it
would mean to give up the ability to see new things
and live passionately, but Alvariohn believes that if one
well and righteouslly, the great beyond will forever bring
him great passion and joy. It is this self-restraint that
within itself creates Alvariohn, for to have self-restraint
is to have a great passion within.
..
There is a Fortress that stands strong near the Ruined City.
Alvariohn has heard many tales of it's inhabitants and
become greatly interested in it. He sees their goals as his
own, and will seek any opportunity to become part of it so
that he may better himself and gain new friendships, and aid
in vanquishing evil from the land.
The Flame of My Passion (A personal entry)

My guild has honored me with my skills, my Lord
has blessed me with his gifts. And what do I have
to show for it? It is questions like these that have
been haunting my dreams for some time now.
When I was inducted into the Fortress, I was as
happy as the day I left Darsylon to see the World.
But have I been adequate in my struggle? Have
efforts made a difference within the world? As I
sit and ponder these questions, I realized those
that sat near me and questioned my despair. It
was my friends that were near me to comfort me.
This realization lead to another, though one I had
known for long, it has escaped me due to the
stresses of battle. I fight for them, I wear these
weighted armors and bear these arms because
it is they I wish to keep safe. I gather strength,
but most importantly, I gather my Passion from
them. And I stand with renewed strength this
day, I made changes to my appearance to
symbolize this newfound strength.
..
With my eyes open more wide, I wished to
launch myself into something new. Within
my faith I found more that I wished to give.
My Lord has been gracious to me and my
goals, and I wish to repay him with mine
ultimate devotion. It is time, I feel, I ask
my Lord to recieve myself and let me grant
him my gifts as his faithful priest.
The Road Left to Travel
Added Mon Feb 2 19:51:35 2004 at level 51:
Over the years, Alvariohn has seen many
battles. Friends have come and friends
have gone. He has seen many battles.
But there still lies the question, is the
he's taken complete? He has served his
Lord well, he feels, and has grown much
and aided the Light with all of his strengths.
What else is there to do now that there
his path seems so set and the road has
grown too familiar? These are some of
the thoughts that haunt Alvariohn's mind.
But he has come to a conclusion, or
rather, an alternative. Alvariohn has
given himself to Lord Arvam and has
surpassed the obstacles that there were
to become Maran. And now, as a
being of Passion, he will continue his
efforts anew. He will begin his path
as if he were a young giant leaving his
home to see the world. But only now, he
much more prepared and wise. This is
only the beginning for Alvariohn, and there
much more for him to give and see.
