Description
The unsettling gaze of Ananzaji falls upon you, with a look of determination
and contemplation coloring her crimson eyes. Her figure exudes a sinister
aura that is both as captivating as it is unsettling. Sun-kissed skin is
outfitted in a form-fitting bodysuit of lacquer; attire that is both
functional and stylish; a running theme of the clothing and weaponry she
chooses. She stands at average height for a human, with an athletic build
that reflects dedication and training. Long tresses of ebony; cascade down
her back like rippling shadows. Ananzaji's facial features are strikingly
beautiful. Angular, well defined, and indicative of her rich Hamsahian
heritage. She has full lips that form a permanent pout, high-cheekbones, and
feathered eyebrows that are thick and expression-filled. Her fingers twitch
with uncertainty- almost as if her body is waiting for a signal to move or
strike. Tied to her hips and backs are assorted instruments of death:
daggers, swords, and vials of what appears to be poison. Upon further notice
you note that-

It wasn't until she was firmly nestled within the embrace of her new family;
that she was able to begin letting go of her former self. Ananzaji shadow of
Hamsah would be no more, and whilst she recognized she could never quite erase
the memories, the pain, nor the loss that such a title brought to her. She
knew she could use it to further fuel her anger and rage.
She-like many others- were experimentations that Hamsah's aristocrats and
members of the spire deemed necessary. A select few that could work in the
shadows, outside the scope of public opinion, and law for that matter. A
chaotic necessity to keep the cities safe from threats that did not work
within the framework of- order and chaos. To the parents of the children? They
were afforded the ability to move up the socioeconomic system. By sacrificing
the personal autonomy of their children; they could live a life of comfort and
status not so easily obtained otherwise. And for the children? In place of
having their bodies and minds broken down and rebuilt- they were granted
skills, power, and killing instinct that became as second-nature for them as
breathing.
Whilst many of those Ananzaji considered family did not make it. She did. A
woman, an assassin, who's wrath was a direct reflection of the atrocities she
had witnessed and the weapons of magic forged against her in hopes of keeping
her in check.
For the sake of her lost brothers and sisters. And the fury that filled her-
that she turned her life to the war against magic. So that others would not
live with the psychological scars that Magic had left- a fury in her soul.
