***Meant to have been put in after becoming War Master***
With his promotion into the War Master post, Aurilinius knew that his job was just
beginning. Now, he had to serve as a pillar of Strength and Pride for all of not
only the Blade Sect, but the Empire as a whole to see. Even in the short time it
took him to become War Master, he had faced great odds, victorious sometimes,
unvictorious others, but never did he let the enemy think they had defeated him.
He knew that if he could keep his Pride, even in defeat, others would soon rally to
the cause.
***Meant to have been put in after six hero blades were all on at once***
Aurilinius knew this day that all of his work had been successful. His example of
the strength and poise a Blade should possess had drawn man to the Blade Sect, who
now were granting their strength to the Empire as well. Though he knew no wars were
yet won, the Empire and the Blade Sect had shed all the weakness that
were so rampant in it when he took the Oath.
The beginnings

***Side note***
This role has been written and updated a few times in Aurilinius' life, but was
never put in.
***Meant to go in at Rank 1***
Aurilinius was raised in the orphanage in Balator. He never knew anything of
his parents, and thus was always ignorant of his name. He was found on the
steps of the orphanage, and was given the name Aurilinius by Jaragh. From his
very first days, he enjoyed being in front of a crowd. His first performances
were simple, vmerely telling jokes to everyone and making them laugh, though he
quickly began to talk the teacher into letting him act out small plays for the
other children. Then, the teacher decided to organize all the children, putting
on a performance for the whole town of Balator. Aurilinius was crushed when
another child received the lead role in the play. The day before the play,
Aurilinius broke the child's arm on the playground, attempting to make it look
like an accident. As punishment for this, the teacher decided Aurilinius would
not be allowed to perform for the other children in any way for several months.
This was the beginning of the end for Aurilinius at the Orphanage. Without
being able to get the attention he needed, his personality turned dark and he
kept starting fights with the other children. If he was not going to get attention
for performances, he was going to get it by beating other children up. This
led to tougher punishments, an thus, to worse behavior by Aurilinius. In less
than half a year, Aurilinius had run away from the orphanage.
For several years, Aurilinius worked his way up a small gang in the back streets
of Galadon. By the age of fifteen, he was already in the mid ranks of the gang.
He was not the strongest, or the quickest, but he always tried to be the smartest
fighter, using whatever advantage he had over who he was fighting. For the large
man, he would circle them until they wore out, and for the quicker man, he would
overpower them. Aurilinius enjoyed the fighting, but quickly he found his life
to be empty, lacking in something.
He then went to work at the Inn of the Eternal Star. Though he was only a server
at first, he quickly worked his way into some of the smaller roles in the productions
put on by the Inn. Slowly, Aurilinius started to become one of the prefired actors
of the patrons of the Inn. He loved his new fame, however small it might be. His
reputation grew until he started performing the lead in several plays, and he even
put on a concert by himself by the age of seventeen. His career was well on the
way to exploding, but it was still empty, lacking in something.
Aurilinius came to realize that there were two parts of himself, and he could deny
neither. Half of him was an artist, the other half a fighter. No life that catered
to one and shut out the other would work for him. He thought long and hard and raised
the gold to go and join the bards guild in Galadon, though they were happy to have him
after his time at the Inn.
Aurilinius becomes a hero

***Meant to have been put in at hero***
Aurilinius had worked hard to become gain fame as both an artist and as a fighter.
Above all else, Aurilinius knew that he hated anyone who had anything to do with
the Fortress, which had ganged him down terribly on a few occasions, though he
had never attacked any of them. Other than that, Aurilinius mostly stuck to
various explorations, learning the most hidden recesses of Thera. He knew he would
one day join a group, but had made no decisions about which he would join.;
Aurilinius joins the Empire

***Meant to have been put in after Blood Oath***
Aurilinius had travelled with many people from all groups, and had allies in Tribunal,
Outlander, Scion and Empire. One day, while helping Baltherias learn, he was led up to
the Refuge with no word as to where they were going or why, where Baltherias called the
hunt upon a Dark Knight. Aurilinius, in the heat of the moment sang a fiend upon
Anaximand, not even knowing who he was, but found out upon his death that he had been
a Tribunal. Having always respected the laws and Order, despite his other flaws,
Aurilinius looked into himself and decided that he would renew his focus in life and
serve the laws once more.
This left him with two choices for which law to serve. Earlier in his life, he had
been attacked by a Tribunal named Macumba upon the Eastern Road, and in his anger,
went back into Galadon and killed the thief there, getting flagged. Furthermore,
Aurilinius had always desired to earn a last name for himself, and he decided that
the best way to make a name for himself would be to a group that was weak, and make
it strong. For quite some time, the Empire had been very weak, and the Blade Sect
pathetic. He decided he would make his name by joining the group that was weakest in
all the land, using his strength to make it great, thus earning a name. Aurilinius
decided he would join the Empire, become War Master, take it from being a weak sect
to being the strongest of all the Sects, the very strength of the Empire, as it was
meant to be.
