Description
The cold, collective green eyes of an
elven looking man grab your attention.
This sleek skinned being is garbed in
layers upon layers of robes and
jewels. His formal stature is very
telling of how kept he keeps himself.
His hair is tightly cropped, with no
visible facial hair at all. His thin set
angered brow, his juttinglyu sharp jaw, to
his pointed ears, you discern his decent to not
be high-elf, but obviously not a pure bred
human either.
Focusing on Barelons demeanor, you casually take
notice his unchanging expression of callous. With
constant focus, he shows little concern for his
surroundings. As his left hand shows visible through
his layered garbs, you see just how thin and weak it
shows to be. Becoming of a novice arcanaist, his
withered body carries the tell tale signs of magical
experiments. Looking a bit closer, you see that
Role
Born into the Empire.

Son of a Blade, child of an Imperial family,
Barelon's youth was that of Order, Focus,
Politics, and many facets of formal education,
the best that Imperial gold could buy.
Since his earliest youth, Barelon was instilled
with the strictest of loyalty to the Empire. He
was taught since a small boy, to conform to the
will of the mighty Empire, and schooled in the
wizards craft of Transmutation, by his fathers
demands. The knowledge to be gained, would be
of great asset to the Empire, to the Blades, this
also of his fathers vision.
Barelon is not a mere pawn of the Blades, however,
for he does keep personal desires, goals..
First and foremost, his Ultimate goal within the
Empire is to bring the Arcane Sect, back into
power. He believes should he do more than his
part in funding the sects, strengthening the
Blades, and exemplifying Imperial Duty, this
could perhaps be possible.
Secondly, In the course of Barelons studies
and upbringing, he has developed an inherent
hatred of his half-blooded decent. His mother,
a known Imperial supporter and citizen through
marriage, never became a true citizen, or sect
member. He believes that because of her high
elven decent, that perhaps it was Her arrogance,
and weakness, that kept her from becoming a
full citizen, and has grown to despise her, and
all elves, wood-elves, and fellow half-elves.
Because his father, a true Blade, Barelon belives
this legacy is what sets him apart from all the
others whom can only try.. to be like Him.

Devotion to the Hornet.

Through the molding of ideals, Barelon has
grown conformed to the Imperial Law. He has
also, since his youth, been raised a follower of
the one and true God, Khasotholas. Within
Barelon's devotion to the Hornet, his ultimate
goal to ressurect the Arcane Sect, Barelon has
set himself a very difficult, perhaps impossible
path before him. Through preaching the will of
the Empire, and using the transmutational craft
of dark sorcery he studies, through this, will
mark the beginning of his work to raise the
sect of the arcane back to power, and ultimately
providing strength to the Blades, as his late
father would have had him do..
