Description
The forces of nature seem to swirl about this wood-elf. The armor on his
lower body is caked in mud, nearly up to his waste, with leaves and
branches mixed in. At his waist is a rough branch, fully blacked and
charred. His chest is covered with the feathers of the Owlbears, and
thorny vines wrap themselves tightly around his bracers, seemingly held
in place by magic. Bark-like material covers both of his shoulders, with
tall branches protruding out from each one, much like that of a deer. He
stands over six feet in height, with piercing emerald eyes and dark brown
hair which falls down to his shoulders in curly locks, loose and free. His
ivory face is marred only by a tattoo of a rising sun with its rays reaching
out, upon his forehead.

Bulanu vengefully hates dwarf, duergar, undead, and minotaurs, often
going out of his way to slay these foul ones. He hopes to bring the elves
back with one with nature, often pursing words before violence against
them unless they have defiled the forests in some way such as fires,
slaying guardians, etc. He is scared of the felar, often timid and unsure
how to approach them. His worship is of the sun and summer, and the
life it breaths into the world. Goals are to become a follower Innis,
Tattoo, and join the Outlanders.
Beginnings

I can tell you little of my father, as my mother seldom talks of him. I can
sense the sorrow though within her eyes. Her skills as a ranger is what
kept us alive, as we had little, often living off the lands and what we could
find. Our clothes were brought of hides of animals, while our shelters
were often underneath the foliage of the great trees. But my mother
taught me well, and the wilds toughened me. I found myself easily able
to walk through them without trouble. Even the animals would approach
me without fear, and I often found myself able to communicate with them
even if it was just emotions and feelings they would share with me. I
soon found myself able to even call upon the living essence of the
forests, able to ask the vines and trees for aid or to move slightly to let
me pass. Soon I set out upon the path to find my future, seeking the god
of the sun, to infuse me with the nurturing power of the sun.
Humbling Meeting

Long did I search for the shrine of Innis, the Sun-Born. And finally after my
searching, I met he whom was born of the sun. And there, with all my
knowledge, I was humbled. What I had come to believe in life from my own
observations where shown not to be true. For one, the Sun was not a she as I
had thought, but a He. I must remember to ask him next I come face to face with
him how that is possible, but I shall. I found him difficult to understand but
perhaps it was my own fault, for I felt stunned by his presence. He told me of
things which I shall have to remember. The path he sets for his followers are in
stone, and the words upon the altar are true to all who follow him. But, they are
left open in many ways. What if what I see as darkness is not what others of the
Glade see. I am to chase those whom cause the nightmares, but are the
nightmares the same for all? I worship Innis above all else, but I must find him
and seek his aid for the path, for I am unsure of the path anymore. When I came
upon his shrine, I thought I knew all. As I left his presence, I felt as but a new
tree, reaching its branches to the sun for the first time. And I must find a sturdy
pole for fishing. The Sun-Born said this above all else.
