Description
A mop of curly raven-black hair covers the head of this duergar. His
lips are slightly raw from being bitten, and his bulbous nose shines
occasionally when light passes over the dark brown skin. His hair is
braided so as not to get in his way when he fights, though what holds
it in place is unclear. His hair looks thick with a black grease
hanging under his helmet. Though his arms surface roll with muscles,
he is nowhere near as stout as a human, instead slender and looking
like the larger version of a dwarf, with limbs befitting his size and
not short or stubby or large. For his size he looks to be a very
agile individual but his eyes are consistently narrowed and his
occasional smile never seems genuine, always closer to a smirk or a
snarl. You begin to walk away but a glean of sunlight hits your eyes.
Pinned upon his robe is a shiny badge with the mark of Galadon.

On orcs

After speaking with the Warrior Noelani, she convinced Calrohir that perhaps
the orcs that attacked his village were motivated by other reasons. She
reasoned that the orcs on the surface are different than the ones who had
attacked his town.

deleted, and I am re-entering it now.)
Calrohir Ar'vezred was born in the Underdark in a duergar settlement known as
Ar'vezred, hence his last name, not far from the surface city of Galadon. His
family including his Mother, and Father, were all doing well, running the
small warrior guild and were members of the town Blood Tribunal. Everything
was going fine until one day a guard at the gate of the villiage blew on a
signal horn, warning everybody that danger was imminent. Huge, cowardly
beings known as orcs came through his villiage and tore it to pieces. "Hide
under there! Now!" was the last words Calrohir heard from his father. He hid
under the guild in a small, secret room, and his father grabbed a mace and
went to try and fend off the attackers. After hours of waiting for silence,
Calrohir cautiously climbed out of his hiding, and walked out into the
streets of Ar'vezred. The utter destruction of his town by the orcs
infuriated him, somehow they had found a way to his village. Seeing his
parents dead on the ground made him even madder. Calrohir then heard a faint
gurgling of a throat somewhere on thestreet. He walked over and it was an
orc, about to die. He quickly slew the orc and swore to himself. He muttered
"I will avenge my parents". Calrohir then traveled above ground to join the
local Tribunal, as his parents were a part of, and honor his family.
