Description

Strange and angelic this being stands here to be cover or made of the many elements. From the beautiful nature of this being you know that she is female. Her form is that of an arial standing about 5 foot tall. Her beak is a ice that is so clear it looks to be made of diamond. Her head is covered in feather plumes that look like soft white snow. Her wings at her back at covered completely in a flame though burning white hot she shows no sign of discomfort. Her body is slender and very busty, the breast plate she wears shows a sigil that looks to be a snow capped mountain surround by waves. You glance down at her talons that are dripping in a corrosive acid and the air around her stir and keep her in flight. Her wings remain unmoving and she glides on this wisp of wind. Lastly you notice her delicate well keep hands, neatly manicured and crackling with magical energy. Overall you are taken back by this beauty and though her beak and eyes reveal little of emotion you are taken back by your own emotions about this angelic being. You wonder how this lady has become the very elements.. taking a closer glance you notice:

The high waves of the open ocean sprayed upon Cersees face, long beaked and
black eyed this angelic being was an a young girl dressed in a simple garb
and though her black eyes and beak revealed little expression it was an air
of innocence and curiosity that filled her very being. Her destination was
the seaport of Hamsah. The great port city on the lands far beyond her home
lands far to the south. Her village was a place of wonderment cloaked in a
magical protection spell her people embraced magic and all its beauty. Her
home was in fact an island in the western seas, the island jetted high from
the ocean and its peaks were snowy white.

Cersee was the first daughter of the High Rotan and First Sultil-nck.
Though she was the first daughter she was the third and youngest. She had two
brothers that would some day take battle to take the place as the high
Rotan. The Rotan is the leader of their people and he was the fiercest of
the the warriors. All males in her lands were warriors while all females were
Sultil-nck or wielders of magic.  It was strictly acknowledge that males
would not learn magic and that the females would hone their craft. Also the
marriage between brother and sister of the high born was not uncommon and
expected from the Rotans hatchlings.  

Kaylor the first son and eldest was an ambitious man, though truly not
considered the fiercest of the warriors. His brother Valrik the second born
and Cersees twin, was truly the most skilled of his people and their clash
would soon come as her father aged and knew that his time to hold the Torla
the ancient elemental spear, imbued by the magic of his wife and First
Sultil-nck. The spear the symbol of leadership, would always be passed to
the son, in the case of more than two males - it would be decided by combat,
but because the her people had known peace since the concealment magic had
been invoke ages ago. It was rare that the chief would bear more than one
offspring once he had a son, but the Cersee and her twin Valrik were an
unexpected surprise.

Valrik and Cersee were very close they learned to work so well together it
almost seemed they knew each others thoughts. And it was no surprise to her
when her brother told her that he had fallen in love. He had found a low born
girl that he met in the snow caps while she gather the fresh snow to melt for
water. He let Cersee know that he would renounce his place and allow his
ambitious brother to wield the Torla and he would live his days lower on the
island with his new found love. Kaylor somehow became aware of this and
desiring to show his people he could earned the right to wield Torla, not
just by birth and certainly not because his younger brother allowed it.
Kaylor came to Valrik and warned him had that if he did not agree to battle
for the spear not only would he take his twin to be his wife, but his new
love as his second. Troubled by this he reluctantly agreed.

Brothers fight

A great melee between the two raged for two day fueled by magical
incantations of their mother, the two battled on through out the island. In
the end Valrik stood over his brother in the last moment victorious, butmeven
in victory those there is loss  thoughts of the his sister as his bride,
something that he knew that is not what she wanted and thoughts of his love
lost. Though they shared a womb and even sometimes thoughts he did not love
her as a husband but as a brother. It was in this hesitation Kaylor tried to
drive a dagger into the distracted Valriks, but with screem and swipe of
Cersees hand a gust of cold fridge winds froze Kaylor solid! A frozen statue
forever stuck in the pose of treachery, yet also in a strange sense of poetic
justice Kaylors frozen form stood bended knee to his brother. 

All of the village were in attendance to ritual duel, but the duel stood in
distant memory to the amazement that they just beheld. The magical lessons on
the island were very limited to a spark of fire, an incantation of
invisibility, maybe a spring but to invocate the very elements was something
never seen and only rumored. It was this act of love between a sister to
brother that must be requited thought Valik. Knowing very well her sister
didnt want to wed him or even stay on the island - Valik proclaimed Cersee a 
Ca-luorReeshlin or a weaver of elements and as the new Rotan the she
should go to the mainlands and hone her craft and bring knowledge back of
the world to her people.

personality

Ceree is inquisitive and seeks knowledge, adventurous and bold. Good and evil
never were something her people were concerned with and the wars of the world
and beliefs never met with her. Though she felt herself independent she knew
the benefits of team work. She is as well educated as she could be and never
is afraid to ask

First Lesson

Love is the acts and deeds you do for others it is given freely without
expecting repayment.

Water is the ability to be fluid to be molded into any shaped vessel

Vanity for your ability to see the greatness of yourself.

Healing is the need to tend to others to mend the broken. 

As a follower of Rayihn you must know vanity that you can see the reflection
you cast in the waters are something different that the person whom you walk
next too, once this revelation is done, you must love the world as much as
you love yourself to act, you must be like water to be fluid and be molded
into a tool to be used, and you must be that tool to heal the world. It was
only fitting that she stood above an Island an inspiration to her keepers of
the lives they live and the sacrifices they make for the world.

First meeting Rayihn(story)

As a young scared Arial stumble through the cold harbor of Seantryn, a
strange mist arose in the distance, reminding her of the steam from the warm
pools of her village. This was odd though for the harbor had no springs, then
the trickle of water seems to fill her ears. Her feathers stood on end as the
steam seems to call to her. And without even noticing her step she tumble a
warm damp floor. A bath house.. on the water of a Harbor? She thought herself
mad, she had spent a many hours at study but this .. was it a dream? It
wasn't this was the famed bath house, the home and shrine of Lady Rayihn. 

Lady Rayihn was the patron lady of her people though many generation past
since any had truly made the pilgrimage to her home. In all honestly none of
the village were of any significance that would even interest the Lady.
Cersee perhaps was different, maybe it was the affinity of magic she held? It
may never be known, but the lady appeared to Cersee. 

Cersee was in amazement as the Lady Rayihn appeared, she stood in great
beauty with an uncut diamond adorning  a finger, she wore magical gown
iridescent and blue. Her hands were covered in the finest black silk, they
were wrapped around a cerulean walking staff tipped with a glass globe. Most
notably she bore a sigil, a purple lotus branded upon her person.

Maturing.

The winds of magic blow hard and sometimes leave your boat astray. The life
of Cersee is much the same way. As she's grown in magic she's developed into
more of a mature, all be it vane lady. She had come to realize the gifts of
magic were not the only gifts bestowed upon her. Her beauty and grace she
flaunted with great pride. Much like her magical abilities. Spend more of her
life now at the rigors of honing her magic like a fine tipped spear.

Becoming more herself

As a dark sky over head looms, an angelic being made up of the known elements
of Thera looks up and sighs. Cersee longed for home after years upon the main
lands and away from home she wondered the happenings of her twin. Though the
new family she had made upon another island brought her much joy. Her life
had been long spent tending to a higher cause. 
The world was always in need of a gardener to tend to it with a loving hand.
Long years of this role has made her more aware of the power she possessed
not just through her magic but the inspiration she can inspire by her mere
presence. This self awareness brings her confidence and through the outward
showing of this confidence only helps to rally those around her.

Leadership

The veil flickered with a cry, the mana pulsed and fluxed as the veil
thickened. The cheers of a barbarian people can be heard across the road. The
last breathe of the meter of balance, for nearly 5 centuries had he guided
the keepers of balance to watch over the world to make sure certain peril
would not befall the lands if the balance was not maintained. Solec a magi of
such great power not only could he transform into the shapes of the known
species of animals of Thera, but mythical ones as well. The sorrows of the
island could be felt as their beloved leader was gone. The skies crackled as
the patron gods of the island called their keepers from all across the lands
were called in a gathering. 

A buzz was felt around the crowd of potentials, in island traditional a vote
would be held to decide choose the most worthy. In some cases there was
posturing and speeches, some shows of power and some tales of deeds. For one
week as the gathering swayed from one candidate to another, there could only
be one to lead and the vote was done. In its end the elemental being, merely
a child in regards to years but without fear and a tender touch was chosen.
Cersee Snowfeather the Watermarked, envoy of the bathhouse would be the new
Meter of the Nexans the keepers of balance. 
Aged beyond the years of any of her tribe have ever aged, and even more adept
at magic that her tribe have ever could have foretold. She could have never
thought she would be the leader of her new family she made in the mains
lands. When she left her home she had believed that she would not have to
bare the weight of leadership. This was not to be as the islanders of the
nexus have found her most fit to lead them.

A Jounry home.

The spray of the ocean air filled Cersees icy beak.. Cersee on a mission to
find her home lands, a place cloaked in magic far away from the prying eyes
of the mainlanders. It was the smell of magic and something deep within her
she was able to have her ship navigate with no problems. As she arrived at
her homelands a large crowd came to greet her, eager to hear of her
adventures. The island that she once called home was not what she had
remembered, all of those whom she knew where no longer alive as she was now
the oldest of her village, in fact she was the oldest ever. What had called
her to the place of her birth was now clear. Her twin brother had passed;
perhaps the only time in Cersees life she shed tears. For the love she had
for her brother was something special. Standing out on a perch over looking
the seas she contemplated her place in the world and her mortality. It was at
this moment a realization came to her that the love she felt for her brother
was the same that she has shared with the Nexans. It was in the bond that not
only physical strength she could draw, but the emotions and thoughts of both
persons was shared as one. It was with this new realization of that her place
was very clear. Her brother was the last true tie to this old life and that
this place was just a mirage, and that when she boarded the ship this would
be last she ever saw of this place and that she was truly headed home.
