Description
For a human male, most would find him stunningly handsome. His hair
is sleek and black, combed tightly towards the back of his head and
ending in a neat tail that hangs just past his neck. His skin is
tanned so well as to be nearly golden. His eyes are a frigid shade
of crystal blue that shine with intelligence and sparkle with charisma.
His lips are typically flat, but light up the room when he smiles.
His jawline is impeccably outlined and leads down to a strong, but not
overly so, chin. He keeps no facial hair, his cheeks are smooth and
supple. His long lashes highlight the rest of his features and further
promote his outward beauty. He carries himself smoothly, fluidly, with
much grace. Often he can be unseen by most as he stealthy creeps
through the shadows, but when he is visible many take note. His
height isn't remarkable, but neither is he short when compared to
other males of his species.

Father Morius,
I hesitate to bring your attention to myself at this time. These letters will
have to do until I'm ready for my religious cup to be filled. I must first
worship at the altar of Chaizi before I can give you my undivided attention. If
I do not believe in myself, how could I believe in anything else?
The man who raised me, before he died (I assume), told me I would be nothing,
that I would never amount to anything. He beat my worthlessness into my hide
upon waking in the morning, and before resting in the evening. I do not think he
was always a worthless drunk. The lessons he gave me in martial training and
stealth were testaments to a life of service to the shadows in one capacity or
another.
That is all I will ever mention of my previous life. Ever. It isn't important.
What matters is what will be. The things that have not yet happened, the things
that will come.
Fate has played my future to call upon your doorsteps. An Orc. Gorag is his
name, a brutish creature with predictable ways. He too calls upon your altar for
favor. It so happens he was doing so when I stumbled upon your church. He
brought me to you, and I will always owe him for the introduction. You spoke to
me then, you whispered sweet nothings and caressed my hand. Where there was
hesitation you gave surety, where there was an unsteady hand, you brought
confidence in motion. I let him finish his prayers of thanksgiving to you, I let
him give you your due. But I felt you for the first time as he silently walked
past me, back into the graveyard. I closed my eyes and you led me, you gave
guidance to my footsteps. With eyes closed I struck out blindly with pure faith
as my guide.
His blood washed over me and his body fell atop me. He smelled of rancid warg
and dead things. I opened my eyes and peered directly into his cold, dead stare.
His lips twitched, was that a smile? I saw you watching me from his eyes.
Father Morius, I have never been religious or even had faith in a single thing.
But you found me that day, and I found you. For now I am nothing but the frail
mortal you deigned to glance upon for a brief moment. Over the next many years I
will work to be the greatest your faith has ever seen.
I will present myself to you when I am worthy of your attention, when I KNOW I
am the best at all I do. I recognize there are many things I must do to achieve
mastery over myself.
I will prepare.

Father Morius,
I have been giving thoughts to various philosophies. The main of which has to do
with reputation, of fame, of infamy. I have come to the conclusion that there is
no difference between the two. Fame and Infamy are one and the same. Both
inspire strong feelings in the populace, both put my name on the tongue of the
masses. Already there are hushed whispers in certain establishments when I
enter.
The word of my blooded baptism near your church spread very quickly. In ways
this is unfortunate, for there are those who hear I am near and quickly go to
their homes and slam the doors and locks. Yet other stills are oblivious to such
things and blissfully ignorant enough to allow me to take their measure.
To those who would slam their doors and hide in the perceived safety of their
homes, I take pleasure in the fact that I likely haunt their nightmares. Yet
that is another thought, their nightmares are my dreams.
I hold my head high knowing I am growing into the man you would have me become.
You fill me with spiritual growth and make me wish to be a better person, for
you. Yet I know for now I am nothing next to your greatness, though my actions
surely please you. I will continue to serve myself and take solace in the fact
one day I will find you, and you will find me, and our pairing will be the
strongest bond of faith one will experience in these times.
