Description
The brawny elf before you stands higher than an average human
by about seven inches. His lean physique is testament to a life
spent in physical actions, the muscles showing beneath his loose
fitting armor is a testament to much training and intentional
honing. His garb is unusual and seems a bit thrown together, a
hodgepodge of various accruements gathered on the river of life
as he rides it to and froe.
On his arms are tattoos of seemingly tribal origin, a combination
of elvish runes and spiritual fauna that mark him as a dedicated
creature of nature. His auburn hair flows like liquid down his
back and flies wildly as he engages in physical activities, it is
a wonder he can see at all during these times. His eyes are a
lighter shade of brown. There appears to be a sense of innocence
to their curious and questing gaze. They dart around from one
object of interest to another far more rapidly than one who is
focused on one object at a time, he is clearly more often than not
uncomfortable with his surroundings and attempting to take his
environments in fully and all at once.
His general demeanor almost seems like he is constantly brooding,
he adjusts his armor and stares down at the ground as if distracted
when engaged with others.

Ciallell Fea-Akecheta (Fea-Akecheta meaning 'spirit soldier' in his people's
tongue) was robbed of a more spiritual existence of nature. Simply put with
progress and civilization comes a displacement of most things natural. His tribe
was consistently pushed in from what seemed like all sides in their nature
habitat near the Holy Grove. The Imperial Lands, Hamsah Mu'tazz, even Balator
all crept a little closer on what seemed like a daily basis to the elves.
To make a long story short, when Ciallell was a child he was able to hear many
of the tales of the spirits, of the stars, of the rivers and of the lands. He
sat on the elder's knee and watched as the men skinned wildlife, he had a happy
childhood that is mostly foggy memories now. While his clan were very nomadic,
they were also fighters. There came a time when all the warriors joined in to
push back at a large mass of Imperial Soldiers and scouts. Members of the Black
Sects and Shadow Sects followed the war parties back to their forest home.
Nightmares followed in their wake. Ciallell saw his mother rise as a zombie, saw
his sister liquify to odd disease, he himself ran and was nearly captured.
He would spend the next several weeks avoiding Imperial Scouts and mages.
Eventually when he made his way back home he realized it was no longer a home.
The few remaining survivors were going to move on to other lands. Ciallell was
determined to continue his training, however, and do his part to protect others
from the remaining threat of dark magics and Imperial Dominion.
He is a lone wolf of an elf, simply seeking to grow and fight for the spirits.
A Yuletide Visit from Bunny God Nicholas

Your vision takes you to a time in the past. Ciaellell sits on the warm floor of
a tribal tent with his sister beside him. Reading down to him is his mother. The
vision fades and re-emerges, foggy. Through the haze and distance you can make
out the following story being read to the children:
A Yuletide Visit from Bunny God Nicholas
Twas the night before Yuletide, when all through the Grove
Not an elf child was stirring, they slept by the stove;
The leaf-wreaths were hung by the tent flaps with care
In hopes that Bunny God Nicholas soon would be there;
The elflings were nestled all snug on their cots,
while visions of Thar-Eris played in their thoughts;
And mamma in her tanned hide, and I in my leathers,
had just settled by the fire, to escape snowy weathers;
When out in the trees there arose such a howl,
I sprang from my mat like the flight of an owl;
Away to the tent entrance I flew like a sparrow,
Tore open the leather flap and knocked a poison arrow;
The moonlight shined down on the snow from above,
giving light to the scenery, the grove that I love;
When, what to my sleepy elven eyes should spring forth,
But a miniature push cart, rolling in from the north;
With a little furry pusher, so frantic and quick,
I knew at that moment it must be Bunny God Nick.
Faster than a goblin mount his blessings they came,
he praised the old gods, and called them by name;
"Sebeok, Amaranthe! Come Psuchae and Lyristeon! Praise
Strienat and Ergush! Bring diamonds and obsidian!
From gathering of travelers to The Herbary trapdoor!
Now onwards and inwards, all over I soar!"
With speeds of the rapids as the rocks break the water,
like an ambush of dwarves as they walk into a slaughter;
So manically to all tents the cart zigged and zagged,
full of Yuletide goodies, so heavy it sagged;
And then through the snow, I heard small bells ring
I saw the cart racing towards me, with many a ring ding.
As I closed the tent flap and turned towards my mat,
the bunny god stared curiously, by my sleeping wife he sat.
He was dressed up all festive, from twitchy nose to fluffy tail,
He wore red-green leathers, he wreaked of pumpkin spiced ale;
A bundle of gifts he dragged in with a sack,
He looked super tiny, how tall was his stack!
His eyes how they stared! down at my wife with lust!
His cheeks were all rosy as he took in her bust!
His black little nose sniffed crazily with twitches
He squeaked as his leg thumped, I was laughing in stitches!
The stump of a carrot he held in his front teeth,
His tail twitched excitedly, from his red vest beneath.
He had a mischievous face so quick was his hopping,
chaos like demeanor, like burning wood that is popping.
He was tiny but powerful, a small god but a bunny,
a creature of legend, yet really quite funny.
A wink of his eye, and a twitch of his nose,
I was blessed to see, this breaker of Yuletide woes.

He said no words, as he got on with his work,
a gift for each child, was this creatures best quirk.
And laying his paws to the top of his ears,
he gave a quick nod and in a puff of smoke he disappears.
I heard his cart leave and the bells fade off in the dark,
he zigged and he zagged as he left his Yuletide mark.
But I heard him call out, as he fled like a deer,
"Happy Yuletide to all! We'll see you next year!"
....the vision fades away to fog as old memories do.
The Battlerager Village
Added Mon Dec 5 06:58:01 2022 at level 40:
Ciaellell Fea-Akecheta knew his name. He remembers his childhood spent running
through the woods, training with his bow. Teasing his sister. Chasing deer
across the forest floor and squirrels through the trees. These are the memories
he cherishes, the fun times.
He wishes he had paid more attention to his elders. He hears the songs in the
trees and the wilds do comfort him, but he does not remember their stories and
history. He remembers that some great creature created the stars in the sky, and
yet another grew a forest with every step it took across the world. He had spent
too much time with humans and other breeds his family would have frowned upon.
He spent a few years after he left his home in the Holy Grove as a scout for the
Keep of the Righteous, monitoring Imperial activities to the north.
He eventually would come to know of Thrym in Balator, which led him to hearing
of the Battlerager Village. The thought of becoming a defender of the village
appealed to him immediately. He scalped a dark-elf necromancer who had foolishly
wandered into the woods and took his hair to Tahren, who asked if Ciaellell
wished to devote his life to the destruction of magic. When asked this he could
only think of his mother's last moments of life as her skin slipped off of her
body through terrible sorcery of disease. She fell and rose almost instantly as
a zombie, like many others around him.
He had heard of the Outlanders of Thar-Eris and had an affinity towards their
goals as well, but even they carried those who had the power and magic that
could undo the world. Such power does not belong in the hands of any mortals,
only the gods.
And so the river of life has pushed his path into the Village of the
Battleragers where he will attempt to cleanse the world of the foulness of
magic.
