Description

Delaed is the unusually large human with a thick, stocky build, his posture is aggressive, almost bullying. The skin on his face has a light red color mixed with white scars. His hair is dark black and is neatly kept, except for a few patches that are missing. Perfectly shaped blue oval eyes stare out with intensity, threatening to drain the soul out of those in his sight. A wide, scarred nose sits atop his gaping mouth, which runs like a chasm across his broad face. Several pieces of jewelry adorn his neck and fingers, sparkling briefly in the light.

Role

The Book of Fate.

Many eons ago the Book of Fate was written by the old human Delada.
Everything what has already happened and what will ever happen is written in
that Book. However some time ago when Reegun became the Empress of Thera
everything went wrong, not as it was predicted in the Book. Imperials began
breaking their own Law and many orderly people became much more chaotic, many 
people became savages and joined Outlanders of Thar-Eris. And there were only 
so few Magistrates of Blood Tribunal to protect a citizens of Thera.

Some time later after writing the Book Delada became the Immortal. But he
never interacted with mortals because he already knew everything what will
happen and he believed that his own actions or words wouldn't change anything 
at all. Some people say that he was simply sleeping all those eons after he
wrote his Book. But everything was changed after Reegun became the Empress of 
Thera. Delada knew that he must change the developed situation and do it very 
fast before his Book of Fate looses it's goal to predict everything.

Delada found the most beautiful human woman in Thera and married her, and
soon Delaed was born. Delaed was training all his young years to become the
strongest of mortals one day, he joined the guild of anti-paladins because
this guild promisses the biggest powers. When he became mature he became
the Magistrate of Blood Tribunal and his only goal in life is to stop
an Outlanders of Thar-Eris, to murder them all. He also must watch over
Imperials and kill them as well, so they would be too scared to break the
Laws. He must change the history of Thera so everything will be as predicted.

New Book of Fate.

When Delaed was young his father told him that he must become the Magistrate
of Blood Tribunal, kill as many chaotic people and imperials as Delaed can,
but nothing else. And Delaed did it. Delada didn't even tell Delaed what will
happen after this even though he knows everything what will happen and what
have happened. Delaed tried to speak again with Delada, but his father simply
ignored the son because Delada thought it's not Delaed's business to know
what will happen next.

When Delaed became mature he got tired of his father who thinks that he knows
everything, but cannot even answer his son's questions. Now Delaed kills
every person he meets outside of the protected cities, unless the person he
meets is useful for Delaed (usually for helping Delaed to get something).
Delaed wants to become enough strong to kill any group of people he meets.
Delaed decided to write his own Book of Fate with his own actions ... 

New Book of Fate:
"... Magistrate Delaed gained unseen before powers so all creatures in Thera
were simply too scared to walk outside of protected cities. People made old
cities much bigger and built many new cities, then connected all the cities
together to build one big city which contained most of the territory of old
Thera. All organizations of the past except Empire were destroyed because
it's members couldn't leave protected cities to do what their organizations
were for. Empire became the group of crazy people who were praying to their 
Dark gods and begging people to join them, but everybody knew it that they
don't have any power anymore ... New Era has began ..."

Now Delaed is the Justice on his own.

The Blood Tribunal executioner said: "I am tired of watching you exploit
the Spire to feed your weapon and hide from your enemies. You may petition to
return if and when your priorities change, Delaed." and outducted Delaed.

Delaed Delada killed more criminals than any other current Magistrate, also
more Outlanders than any other Magistrate. He fought enemies of Spire all the
time and only hided when there was totally nothing he could do - it happened
twice in his not too short life. Delaed is sure that the executioner did the
the biggest mistake in his life, but it changes totally nothing.

Now Delaed is the Justice on his own. Now Delaed murders all those who attack
in the protected cities, he murders them anywhere even in cities because
those who break the Laws shouldn't find cities as safe place where they can
hide from the Justice. Delaed never attacks those who never broke the Law:
he never attacks merchants and all other citizens of the protected cities,
he never attacks guildguards or Magistrates of Blood Tribunal because they
never break the Laws. However Delaed was just attacked by imperial Nazguzo in
Galadon and other imperial Ungun looted things from Iyaya's corpse so Delaed
doesn't believe that Imperials don't break the Laws.

Not long time ago Delaed's mother told her son that his father became really
angry at Delaed for not doing what he told him to do: Delada didn't want his
son to murder most Therans, he only wanted Delaed to stop Outlanders and
Imperials. His mother told Delaed that his brother was born against her will.

The mother was trying to teach her new son to love Delaed, but their father
forced Delaed's brother to join the guild which allows to hide in the shadows.
All his early years Delada was teaching his new son to hate Delaed, he told
him that Delaed is breaking the most important thing in life - the Book of
Fate and it's simply unacceptable.

Delaed doesn't know the name of his brother or how does he look like because
when the mother was trying to meet him she was murdered by Delada. Now Delaed
hates all Gods because they are just cruel bastards who only want everything
to be as they ordered. Delaed is hunting and murdering all those who actively
following Immortals of Thera or have joined the different organizations under
God's control.

Delaed is killing all thieves and assassins because his mother only managed
to tell him that his brother can hide in the shadows. He is also sacrificing
all their belongings to make them leave Thera forever hiding in shame. Though
many innocent assassins and thieves were punished in such a harsh way without
the real need so Delaed is thinking about not doing this anymore.
