To deeply angled slits hold jewelic eyes of emerald that dart from side to
side in eery anticipation.
His nose is pierced over the left nostril with a crude ring. Razor sharp
teeth form a deft smile, that could be noted
as one of his best attributes. Sinewy arms the color of chocolate resdie by
his side waiting to unsheath his weapon.
Long locks of dark chocolate resdie upon his broad shoulders. All his
features hold a certain seductive handsomeness equivilant to the strongest
narcotic.
The last feature and most hideous at that you note is a deeply dug gash,

I begin to scribble fiercly on a sheet of paper.
Dear sea,
I have relished in the religion of my captain after much difficulty but have
found it to prove well.
Things have gotten better over passing days as I have completed the final
acts of the Kal' althai.
It has proven far much easier serving under the crew than it was to be alone
like a grain of sand lost in sea.
I finally realize the truth behind her teachings that the music is more than
a note cast on the air.
It compells one inspires enlivens,and swiftly takes you through the clouds
through the skies till your mortal hands touch the beginning of the heavens.

You bare yourself to as emotions distress and even fear melt away. It is more
than a note strong by a bard or sound produced from an instrument it is a way
of the realms way of inspiration.
The storms have proven to be the hardest thing to understand as I assessed it
all wrong but have its truth.
Imagining millions of storms in my body, I feel my body shiver in revolt but
can taste the exhiliration.

The beginning of my goal has been accomplished, finally getting time alone
with the lichess we spoke on the most pressing of matters.
She noted that she always found it akward how drawn into my service I was and
after explaining to her the whore for power my mother was
and in fact how she only married my human father for it made her understand
that this thirst for power, this greed was centuries in the making something
passed by heritage.
I let it be known that I was to serve my life for her existance such was the
promise I made to my mother and so it would be. My life was hers for the
taking my soul drawn to her like the strongest narcotic.
And heart a twisted fiend for the crushing. I would give my all my lifes
recess's and the storms I followed to her to ensure that she remained at the
top of her power.
To love only her and cherish the unison of lichess and mortal.
- She obliged her cool eyes probaly studying the near future of me at her
service than the words that I commanded-
Willingly she handed me a phylactery that I was to make into a collar and
make at all times, along with the statue of her god.
The last thing we were to do before we set apart that eve was to carve words
of her choosing into my flesh, trailing her finger on my toned body as she
would the corpses she arises.
It took her only moments to think of the words she would use. Grinning
profusely she began her work in the deepest of arts.
Standing back to not her craftsmanship she allowed the words to escape her
lips in a short plume of cold.

The words ran through my mind as I continued to practice the art of the kal'
althai
without its power at my disposal I would not stand strong for my empress and
inturn for my captain.
I curse my mother for her ways, she was killed before I got the chance to
read the other half of its teachings, to master its art.
Slamming my fist to the moist ground I cast an eye on the open sky. The heat
a sweltering inferno upon my exposed chest.
Enhaling deeply I gathered myself in a crouching possession muscles rippling
beneath rich colored skin. The chaos of the empire could hold me not in the
forest only north of modan.
Here I was alone and even so I felt the captains eyes bore a hole through my
soul. There held no time for defeat while in her crew only the finding of new
tactics to work about an obstacle.
Getting on my feet oncemore I unsheathed my daggers in a fit of both rage and
refreshment. Beginning with the steps oncemore I felt the trees about me blur
as pure vertigo overswept me.
She spoke of armoring myself with my fear. Sparing no time I thought what
this may be but nothing came to mind. Death strengthened me by wit, it did
not cause me to tremle,
neither the sky nor sea made my legs buckles so I had to dig deeper till it
hit me.
Vertigo almost claiming my body I realized that my fear was more than the
average I feared letting the empire down, more so the empress
herself. The realms began to stretch and ascent about me before the fit of
vertigo ceased and the world spinning slowed to a pressing halt, gathering
the strength I held, the thousands of storms that raged within my body
I focused it solely on the tree before me extending this power to the hit of
my blade.
My heart pulsed my mind surged as I bared myself to the only one I need
answer, embracing my soul with only the thoughts of her teaching.
Spinning with unmatched grace I whipped about sending a strike through the
trunk of the monstrous tree.
There was a brief silence before the tree's roots were ripped from there
ground exploding into a fit of splintered wood.
Grinning profusely I sent a prayer to captain before sheathing my daggers
oncemore.
Greed.

It has consumed me call it the passing of heritage or perhaps something much
more, it blooms wihin the darkest recess of my mind.

It is neither extinguishable nor capable of being cast aside. It took me
awhile to realize how I was drawn to power. After my fathers murder and my
mothers disppearance it took no time to rear its head.
My eyes were cast upon more than the thuggish eutopia my father had begun to
manifest, but put upon something more noble, more of my taking. Within
galadon posted upon almost every street corner, every shop lies the flyers
adorned with the empress's sigil.
My mind was far to scrambled to note the road ahead so instead of hiding who
and what I was, I packed my belongings and head to the palace.

Meeting the lich brough emotions on me that I knew not my heart possesed. I
was truck by a hint of love hard to love.
It was no bliss no mortal liking of another not the type of love that led to
marriage it was one to serve let no harm reach her, no blood stain her boots,
no harm befeall her.
Many would wonder how I could love a thing something half-past dead. But here
lies my answer My mother is dead yet I love her.
