Description

Standing roughly at 2 foot 8 this young boy seems to emanate a strange amount of energy. Dressed in the garb of a priest with several eccentric bits. The most noticeable is the thirteen glowing gems embedded on each side. They seem to glow or fade when his feet touch or leave the ground. Upon his chest is a spot of less worn material in the shape of a badge though it seems to be gone. The garb also seems a bit too big for him though surely he will grow into them. His face is soft and kind giving him a look of innocence. Though there is long half moon looking scar to the left of his right eye. Looking closer his skin seems to have a slight almost glow to it like he is enhanced by a strange presence. Upon more inspection there are various scars around his body. As if this child has seen a number of years of war. Upon his hip he keeps a small pouch filled with what appears to be various sorts of sweets. There are many bits of hardened sugar attached to the outside of the pouch and there would surely be bugs all over except for it's divine aura. As you look closer you can see.....

Dollerveim Gheiste found himself wandering around the streets of Seantryn
humming happily to himself. Seeming oblivious to all the evil and ill
intented strangers around him. Suddenly a man in a hooded cloak lunged though
completely missing Dollerveim. The hooded man only managed to turn
Dollerveims course toward a group of children following an older man.
Dollerveim went to walk past them as one of the children grabbed him by the
arm and pulled him with them.


Dollerveim just smiled and kept following the children until they came
upon an old building. The older man that was leading the children seemed
confused as he counted them. When he came upon the Thirteenth child he looked
down to see Dollerveim. He said "Hello there who might you be?" Dollerveim
just came to him and hugged him.


"I'm Dollerveim, are you my father?" The man shifted uncomfortably  before
saying "No...no I'm not but you are welcome to stay with us if you want?"
Dollerveim just looked up at him and smiled "Alright Dad!" The other children
laughed but the older man just smiled uncomfortably. "You can just call me
Humbrand." Humbrand just obliviously said "Okay Dad!"


Everything seems to distort and images of his life flash all around. Images
of shadowy children beating Dollerveim before he stands up and offers them
something from a pouch. Seemingly something sugary as the white powder can be
seen on his fingers. He is only met with another strike as everything
fades....


Dreams and nightmares seem to rush all around showing dark shadows and
mountains of sweets. Images of Humbrand watching him leave candy for the
other children despite how they bullied him.


Doverveim cannot tell which what parts of his memories are real and which are
dreams but the constant that stands between them is a certain dark figure
that haunts him. It started off inside his dreams until one night he woke in
and was paralyzed by fear. As a dark creature stared down at him from his
window. It felt as if it was draining his life.

The next morning he woke to find it to be snowing but it seemed like motes of
light rather than snow. He went out to get a closer look as a bunch of them
touched him...and suddenly...flames and screams it all became extremely fuzzy
as he came to being guided away by Humbrand. He adopted Doverveim after and
he had a pretty normal life until humbrand urged him to go off to become a
priest. Saying that he seemed to have a natural talent for the divine.


*To this day he still sees a dark figure stalking him.


*Has a deep love for candy and other sweet foods


*Naive and innocent sort and almost child like


*protective of his adoptive father


*Wants others to believe he is truly good and feels like he never will be
truly good through his actions tend to always be the right thing


*Generally happy and enjoys people who like sweet things to. Will generally
accept food from most people unless they give him something gross. Doesn't
like salty or fishy foods.


*Normally sweet and kind but has an odd happen of becoming serious when it
comes to fighting.

*Issues with the Tribunal and Fortress seem to have cleared up though he felt
like he should take the side of the Tribunal he also was stuck understanding
the side of the Fortress. He decided to find a middle ground that lead to a
bridge point between.


*He is trying to help his sister Tristhana turn to the Light though he doubts
she will. He doesn't want to change who she is....he just wants her to be
happy.


*He is extremely reluctant to harm the other orphans unless they are
imperials or reavers.


*ahrloire keeps trying to protect him even when he doesn't need it. He just
wants him to see him as strong as is he. He spoke to him on a lab under the
orphanage but he thinks tristhana is lying.


*Umbrand seems to be extremely proud of Doller and he is really happy about
that.


*He keeps giving out candy because he sees it as a source of happiness for
himself and others.


*He thinks he is a terrible magistrate and wants to be better but doesn't
want to compromise being a good person.

Updates part 2

*He believes not everyone was real at one time but he knows they are real
now. So he wants to protect them.


*Goals of becoming a vindicator after finding it be the easiest way to
protect people. Since in his eyes criminals are the most dangerous to those
living a simple life.


*Umbrand keeps fading in out of his memories and he is wondering if his
father is real. Though it doesn't really matter. Dollerveim keeps trying to
listen to him even though it is hard. He still thinks Umbrand is right.


*Ehrlon is evil and seems to be afraid of something. Maybe he is dying but he
killed Tristhana....so Dollerveim is a bit upset over that.


*Nastrella seems to have had nightmares and believes something is hunting
her. Seems it might that Scyreth reaver made real?


*Tristhana so Dollerveim found she is barren and seeks to cure her if she
wishes. He believes through the life energy he was gifted with he could
possibly heal her with Whiysdan's help. Ehrlon tried to get her to aid him
convince Dollerveim to kill Umbrand...which failed. Tristhana was killed for
defending Dollerveim to ehrlon? He isn't sure about that.


*Nileg was killed during a raid of the Refuge which has caused Dollerveim to
doubt if taking the Fetish is worth it. He knew there was two criminals
within the Tree and was hoping to leave without killing the ranger....but he
was forced against a wall. Either way it is still his fault one of the Light
died. He'll have to keep in mind to check Aoi's notes and confirm for
himself.


*Having a hard time finding Lord Whiysdan but he isn't bothered by it he
knows in time...he'll find him

Updates on people and goals

Added Tue Feb 16 01:52:43 2021 at level 51:
*Intends to step down from his Vindicator position for the sole purpose of
keeping himself a live a bit longer.


*He is upset with two have died to this eye creature but there is no sign of
any information in how to stop it or fix the issues involved.


*He hasn't seen many of the other orphans except for Tristhana, Nastrella,
and Veldren.


*He keeps sparing Veldren's life despite his attacks on him. Dollerveim
doesn't want to kill him.


*Tristhana left the Spire so even though she is considered family. he just
tries avoid working with her most times. He still cares for her deeply but
her evil ways and need to please morius is a bit much for him. She also
refuses to accept his aid with her being barren so he has decided to leave it
be


*Kira has been deeply corrupt in his eyes and dislike the fact that she was
named Provost. he is frustrated that he gave both Ranil and Ahrloire
everything they needed to prove it but they fell through.


*Hikadata he thinks he has a bit to learn on the side of being a decent
person. He has mostly forgiven him for murdering that elvenc hild within the
Inn but not fully.


*Umbrand he is standing down from his post mostly because he doesn't want to
hurt his father by dying young so he will attempt to have an easier position
for the sake of him.


*Primdella was a great inspiration to him even after her death. He wants to
be a bit more balanced in his view of the law. Though he knows he will fail
to do so as he still needs to hold the Light in high regard.
