Description

Imposing and hulking describes the behemoth in front of you. Chorded, sinewy muscles ripple beneath the dark-blue skin of this monster as he glides about effortlessly. The pommel of a massive blade protrudes above the giant's huge head, twin to the massive hilt seen at his left hip. Minimal armor is worn by the giant. Apparently he prefers the comfort and mobility of bare skin to the restrictiveness of heavy armors, the ample scars adorning his exposed skin bearing testament to this. A permanent scowl is etched upon his cold face. A multitude of deep gashes and divots on his face add menace to his already intense sky-blue eyes. A broad nose, pierced ears and full lips complete his visage. A large, blowing white mane covers his head and makes its way to the middle of his broad back.

Role

Dolza's motivation

Added Sat Oct 22 21:21:27 2005 at level 51:
First off, this is not a role in the traditional sense. My utility of the role command will be to outline the underlying thoughts behind my actions.
With that clarified, the purpose of this character is to try and make the game as fun as possible for as many players as I can. I will try to give my enemies a shot at me no matter how many they out number me by.
I will try and defend against greater odds and I will try and raid against greater odds as well to give players at least some experience of fighting fair battles,
and at least the knowledge that not everyone is a fair-weather player that always gangs.
I try to leave nearly all the equipment of my victims intact to allow them to be competitive in PK as soon as possible making their gaming experience more enjoyable.

In keeping with trying to make the game more fun for players, I have noticed a huge stagnation in the cabal situation. The band-wagon or fair-weather player syndrome has gotten out of hand.
For over a month, I think the only people I could find a decent battle with was Zilopza and Gondrak,
albeit I was usually on the receiving end of a beating by the two but I have no problems with that since I hope I made their gaming experience funner. Dolza is by no means a PK character, I do not worry about PK ratios whatsoever.
So long as people are having fun, I do not mind dying. The problem is that the Fort has so many players now that consistently play, they constantly have the codex and scepter leaving Battle with literally nothing to do.
Also, the fact that they are always roaming in large groups makes it even more unlikely that an evil will choose to play perpetuating the situation.
The fifteen or so villagers I have inducted are no where to be found and I will be removing them from the village if their patterns continue.

I believe the villagers are not logging on because of sheer boredom. This is due to the fact that the players obviously cannot govern themselves in terms of parity amongst the cabals.
To fix this, I have been trying to declare war on the Fortress for a month now. The incident with Faltarn was a perfect reason to start the war.
Numerous people have told me that this was an excellent idea and they are thankful for the new challenges, roleplay opportunities and alignment conflicts that will arise from this war.
However, I have too few villagers to fight this war effectively so I made peace until I could bolster our ranks.
I had to make peace but I had so hoped that Faltarn would not accept our duel without using magic and I thought that I would again be able to declare war if he refused to fight me under those terms.
To my surprise and displeasure, he accepted the duel without using preps. Unfortunately, he accepted begrudgingly with a defeatist attitude implying that it was going to be an unfair battle because I had deathblow and resist.
This totally took the wind out of my sails and killed any excitement I had built up for that duel. It was now a double edged sword, if I won, it was due to my cabal powers, if I lost, my reputation would suffer.
I decided to lose on purpose by not using resist and wielding only one sword to counter any deathblows I would have. Since any enjoyment I might derive from this duel had already been spoiled for me,
I figured I would at least make one person content. (I
