Description
Black hair that has the appearance of straw falls down past the shoulders of
this rather tall human, who looks to be around 6'1" in height. His face is
long and narrow, and his rather sharp looking nose protrudes quite a ways out
from it. His eyes are a liquid blue color, and are slighty bloodshot. Teeth
the color of pearls can be seen glinting from behind his barely parted lips.
Upon his chin is a short, clean looking goatee, that has several small beads
braided into it. Well muscled, his physique is neither lithe, nor bulky
Role
Recent words with Lady Iunna
Added Tue May 15 19:20:14 2007 at level 40:
Lady Iunna and I had words recently upon my travels, the fire in my heart
and the challenges fighting the wickedness present me. I let it be
known that it is her marking I seek, as proof that I've followed the path of fire.
She let it be known that there would come a day we could talk of such. In the
meanwhile, she gave me insight into the ways of a knight of temperance.
I went out and slew Mcgrok and Ugganamesh in the name of the flames with my newfound faith and prayers.
The laws of the spire
Added Sun May 6 16:24:37 2007 at level 31:
I find myself ignoring the laws more and more in the
pursuit of the wicked. I have not yet determined how to best
balance my desire to strike down the tainted, and the laws
of the blood tribunal.
Squirehood
Added Sun May 6 10:05:42 2007 at level 31:
This day, I've joined the ranks of the squires. Although hesitant,
I've told the Captain, Gromkonk, of my heritage. He did not seem to hold it
against me, unless he does so and just did not inform me.
The Maran understand what it is to be lured by the taint and the wickedness.
To seek out the dance of the flames for the pure joy of it
rather than out of duty or burden. Hopefully they will aid me in
harnessing that which is within me towards striking at the tainted.
Gaining the blessing of the flames
Added Sat Apr 28 10:44:40 2007 at level 14:
This day the Lady Iunna, Navigator of the Flames, let it be known
that her eyes were upon me I was merely walking down the road to Galadon.
The middle of the road not being the most suited place to seek her
guidance, I made my journey to the eternal flames. She showed herself
fully and it was there that she looked deeply into my ownself, prying
at what it was that was inside me. At this small bar in a place not
entirely of the realms mortals walk, she filled me with her power.
It is the flames of life, death, and destruction, that I will now
carry in her name.
Background

Ejvurd, while totally human in appearance does have an eigth of dark elf blood in
him. It is this touch of darkness within himself that he constantly struggles
against. He treates it like some foreign being trapped in side that he engages
in the dance of death against every day.
Ocasionally shocked at how much he wants to destroy all those weaker than him,
or that get in his way, he drives himself to be utterly pure. Further, to take
that urge to hurt and channel it to be one to protect. If darklings are harmed
in that pursuit, so be it.
In his efforts to be goodly and to subjugate his darker urges, he has pursued the
training of the warrior knights of the Paladin's guild. It is through prayer,
effort, and observance of the code that the fires burning within him will be used
to destroy darkness, rather than his sanity
