Description
Light blonde hair falls just below his shoulders seemingly well taken care
of. Flawless pale skin looks soft to the touch as if he doesn't fight too
often. Dressed in rather plain clothing though dark in coloration seeming
close to that of the shadows. Not a solid color though as the shifting
shadows never tend to be one color. Light blue eyes glare out past the hair
that falls in front of his face.
Rigid facial features give him a rather uptight appearance. As does his
general body language but seems out of some unseen discomfort. Standing
roughly 6 foot 4 inches he is slightly taller than the average elf. He is
rather thin but it can be seen that he is well muscled for an elf. Likely
spending quite a bit of time training. As you look closer you can see....

Elgibelilathal was born to two darsylon royal guards both of which hated
dealing with the various races that came through. They never respected the
customs and many even trying to murder the towns people. Their constant
complaints out of annoyance slowly shaped his own hatred for the lesser races
of Thera. Since they were constantly busy they rarely spent too much time
with him.
He admired them deeply and was proud of their actions that kept the city
safe for the most part. He started hanging around the thieves guild in order
to see his parents. They would scold him each time as the guild was the
center for a lot of crime. He ignored them otherwise he would never see them.
Eventually joining the thieves guild as a way of rebelling while also being a
cry for attention.
Years went by even though he was a thief he never stole from anyone in
town. His constant trips to Galadon where he would prowl the streets trying
to perfect his craft. He started noticing various races slipping past the
guards and heading to the thieves guild. Upon investigating he found that
they were worshipers of Zurcon consorting with the dwarven guild master.
He brought it up to his parents first but they told him he may be an
outsider but he has been a trusted guild master for years. He pursued it
further bringing it to the Darsylon Captain of the guard. There was an
investigation and nothing was found. It was scene only as hatred toward
outsiders. He was laughed at within the guild and became a social pariah.
Though the guildmaster wasn't happy with just that happening.
Weeks past and suddenly elven children started disappearing. Everyone was
fearful so being the noble soul he is he started investigating on his own.
Heading into shady areas, watching out for the children from the shadows, and
always keeping his daggers close to him. One evening after coming home he
found the guards searching through his home. Apparently they were tipped off
by someone that he had been acting suspicious lately.
The Past, Pride, and Prejudice. Part 2

Within a locked chest within his closet the bodies of four elven children
were found. All with wounds showing extensive torture with specially made
elven daggers. The sort only he had access too. They tried to apprehend him
which lead him to jump out a window to flee the city.
He moved to Galadon and paid thieves to investigate the city to see what
was going on. Seems that the guildmaster set him up as he was an issue for
him. That just increased his distaste for those of non elven heritage. He
spent years stealing, working, and gathering things to sell to hire a
mercenary group of thieves to head in and assassinate the dwarven guild
master.
Seems the guildmaster hear of it and payed them much higher to kill his
parents. When captured they revealed that it was Elgibel that hired them.
Devastated beyond means he fell into a deep depression being exiled and
having lost his parents. Also being blamed for their deaths was a bit much.
He was thinking to kill himself when he saw a shadowy man dart toward the
graveyard of Galadon.
He followed as he was lead just outside a strange Church. He was explained
the what the church was and rejected. He did feel a bit better after going
though and decided to think on it more. He eventually settle down within
Galadon watching the lawlessness of the cities. Finding himself disgusted
with the crime within the cities. What bothered him the most was the so
called Emperor of Thera becoming a criminal. He does not know why but such
seemed odd to him.
He decided he would pursue a job as a Magistrate to be a guard like his
parents. The pain of their passing still fresh inside him. The worst of such
is the fact that they would always remember him as someone who murdered
several elven children. This brought him a great sense of justice. Such might
of taken over his life it hadn't been from the prodding of the shadowy
figure.
They would meet regularly which they would discuss Pride in respects to the
elven people. The down falls of protecting the lesser races of Thera. How
they would better themselves if they stopped restricting themselves by caring
for such hopeless creatures. Eventually going down the line to understanding
how pointless the Light is. How it stopped him from taking what was his. If
only he had killed the dwarf himself all of this could of been avoided.
Eventually he accepted his own greatness that the dwarf was afraid of.
Embracing the sin of Pride in hopes it would lead him to greater things as
promised.
(I know this will get me turned evil, I know this will suck PK wise. This
just seems like a fun RP character I want to play)
Hatred festering and Poisoning the waterhole.

learned just how much Magistrates make over time and has realize with
generous donations of the Light. He could pay people to try and cause more
hatred for the lesser races by creating false attacks on darsylon. Meanwhile
he can inflame the elves of Darsylon by paying for Pro-elf propaganda.
Showing the people of darsylon that they are the Pride of the world and
should embrace what they are.
Meanwhile he intends to poison the various homelands of the races he feels
shouldn't exist. Centaurs, Dwarves, Felar, arial, duergar, goblins, orcs, and
all the giant races. He is trying to find how to create a more potent emetic
poison to deal with the goblins and orcs as they seem the most resistant. He
has started his plans with the felar of blackclaw. Sneaking into the
outskirts where the river fills a small pool of water.
He rigged a small ditch that releases poison into the pool slowly over
time. He can store quite a bit of poison inside without it getting diluted or
destroyed. He allowed to start slowly oozing emetic poison into their
drinking area as a test for massive use in the future. He will close it off
later to see it's affects.
Higher stations, Plans for the future.

found that the felar simply caught out a new watering hole a few feet
away from the original making his plan obsolete. In a fit of rage he murdered
several of the water carries until he found himself laughing to himself.
Slowly he felt as if that act had angered the gods of Light feeling himself
fade from the Light. He didn't care as it was pointless to worry about.
Speaking with Elithranduil he realized that he needed a higher station
within elven society rather than that of an outcast and banished elf. He
plans to use mind control poisons and hypnotics to convince the elves that he
is part of a lost rather than destroyed house in Darsylon. That he is a
branch house that would allow him to be an heir to the throne. Though not a
direct one that would cause suspicion.
He plans to plant himself as the third in line for the Throne and kill the
first in line with poisons. Then plant the poisons on the second in line.
Hypnotize him with both poison and mystic arts sending him after the King
himself. Whether he succeeds or fails it puts him in line to be King himself.
It would make him look innocent of all crimes. Also allowing him to use the
veil of souls to hide his dark soul from the paladins of Darsylon.
He also intends to use his poisons to cause other races to attack each
other in attempts to cause high racial tensions within Thera. He needs to get
stronger in order to do that which for him means using the lesser races as
shields to protect himself. He is starting to realize he is going to have to
be more diplomatic to get what he wants done. People working against him have
the moral high ground if he is seen as a monster. Being seen as kind and
giving....seeming the victim when he is the antagonist befits him.
Imperial Ambitions
Added Tue Mar 12 12:07:02 2019 at level 35:
After Sunlay tried to warrant him for coming to see why the Captain was being
struck he removed his pledge. Finding it pointless to be treated as a lesser
by someone given a position of power that was not earned. The Emperor (a
felar) offered him a place within the Empire and to be seen as their ally
until it was possible. He does hate felar but he realizes the potential of
the Empire serving his needs. According to the Emperor he serves himself, the
sect, then the Empire.
seems a double edged sword to him as it would weaken his ability to reach
out to his kin. Bringing them to his cause against the lesser races. The
other side would be he could use their resources and their many spys to be
able to monitor just how much ill will he is spreading. At the same time he
can strengthen his image with the various races in Thera seeming more kind
towards the beasts he despises.
Once he gains power within the Sect he plans to keep felar and arials as
shadow dwellers in any manner he can except if they show themselves highly
meritorious. He may hate them but he holds himself to a certain standard that
rewards greatness.
More betrayal by Lesser races and King ambitions.

Seems everything was for naught as Grunkul completely ignored the Emperor's
orders and sought to kill him no matter where he went. How could Elgibel
follow an Emperor that his own subjects don't fear. Llyion woke offering him
a place as a Magistrate and he couldn't turn it down after the events that
transpired. He intends to keep certain alliances within the Empire. He seeks
to ruin Grunkul for daring strike him.
He has begun his work making all of Darsylon forget that he was banished.
Slowly over several months he will reintegrate himself into elven society.
Then he will integrate himself into the house of Darsylon. Slowly but surely
making him the King of Darsylon. Once he learns hypnotics it will allow the
process to continue more quickly but until then he will slowly work toward
that.
Darkness and Charity
Added Thu Mar 21 18:55:55 2019 at level 46:
Darkness finally consuming his soul he finds himself caring less about the
image he must maintain to gather the crown of Darsylon. Now he merely seeks
it out as a trophy.
He is trying to decide whether to encourage a war or try to stop a war with
the Empire. On one hand it would cause quite a bit of death to the lesser
races. Realistically only Llyion and himself would be in danger that
mattered. The other hand he likes the idea of not being challenged.
Upon slaying the Silver mirrored dragon his soul was turned. He keeps the
dragon's head in his house. Stuffed and centered. Next he seeks for himself
the position of Justiciar. For both the esteem and a showing of
accomplishment within his work.
He plans a charity event for the betterment of Thera. He waits to work with
Njork and the rest of the herald to accommodate his desires. The gold will go
to slaughtering the outsiders within Darsylon and funding various groups that
cause conflict in Thera.
