Description
Calm and proud drow is before you, scalps of a members of all wild races
are attached to his belt: orcs, goblins, wood-elves, centaurs and
saurians. His eyes of red color are full of hatred, but his body doesn't
express any emotions. It seems he is very disciplined and controls
himself well. And based on all this blood everywhere on his clothes and
weapons, he tries to control not only his own actions. Broken staff
covered in burnt leaves is tattoed on his neck, it seems he doesn't like
all those forest lovers much. There are many different manacles and
shackles attached to his clothes. The air around him is filled with some
kind of invisible aura, must be something evil as it becomes harder to
breath closer to him. He keeps long distance between himself and everybody
else around as if he is total paranoic, but still very dangerous enforcer.

Erceran's parents were forced to leave their home long time ago and so they
were trying to create new creature of unseen before power whom they could
fully control. They both were sure that one day this being will revenge
other dark-elves and the whole Thera for their shame and weakness. Nobody
knows for sure what exactly they were doing in their secret laboratory deep
in Underdark, but eventually Erceran was born. Since first years of his life
he understood it very hard way what do order and discipline mean. For many
first years of his life Erceran was never allowed to do anything his parents
didn't want him to do, not even eat or drink unless they told him to do so.
But many years later this drow finally grew up and questioned the way he was
born and everything what has happened to him. Erceran was always much
smarter, faster and stronger than anybody else of his age, so it didn't take
him much time to murder those who called themselves his parents. Since then
he was always alone and will probably never trust anyone in Thera at all
again. Erceran became an anti-paladin in that laboratory already, but he
finally destroyed it and left Underdark only after he killed his parents.
Even though he hated those who created him and his whole long previous life,
Erceran already gained most of their thoughts and habits. It was very hard
decision to become Emperor of Thera or Provost Magistrate to better enforce
his will and orders to other therans in future after he learned more about
the world on the surfcace. But he didn't want to spend many next years
doing everything he would be ordered as a lesser imperial, not after his
painful childhood. So he became a Magistrate of Blood Tribunal and soon
learned that current Provost is very weak and often speaks about Mercy Law
and unknown Bria who likes his wrong vision of Laws. Erceran views it as an
opportunity to become Provost Magistrate and Dark Despot of Thera himself.
This dark-elf hates and always murders all members of races who will never
obey laws and his own orders: orcs, goblins, wood-elves, centaurs, saurians
and wights. Also Erceran murders all rangers and druids he meets because of
same reasons. He oftens kills other anti-paladins to leech more power from
their unholy weapons. But usually this drow doesn't hunt any other therans
unless they attack him first, or they carry something of exceptional value.
Allies, enemies and plans.

Many years already have passed already since Erceran's younger years and
not everything now looks as simple as before. Some time ago arial Tamazin
was trying to get all same gears as Erceran, and this dark-elf killed that
necromancer. But shortly after Tamazin pledged to Blood Tribunal and soon
became a Magistrate. Together they fought few times and retrieved from the
village of battleragers. There was another useful for Erceran magistrate
Baul, but he died forever already. There are not many other people whom this
anti-paladin could consider as an allies. But he didn't attack any imperials
yet and spoke with Conra and Mrreagle a lot and they even helped each other
some. However it doesn't change the fact that Erceran will eventually take
few armors from Emperor Ceva whenever he has opportunity to do so.
There are more enemies for Erceran than he expected when he was younger.
Most chaotic people he met spit on Laws and order all the time whenever they
think they can do it unpunished. Best example of this would be few members
of the Fortress of the Light. Even paladins and those who are known as
people who have some courage lie and try to manipulate truth to avoid being
punished for the crimes they often do. World isn't just "black and white" as
young Erceran thought. Even members of the races who don't care about order
at all, for example an orcs, can be useful sometimes and should be killed in
different situations.
Almost always there are no people whom Erceran could kill to grow in power
and sometimes his life looks boring. But he's doing a lot of investigations
and other job to protect order and peace in protected cities - so often he
has something to do. Even though he's often thinking about reaching the
pinnacle of his guild, he won't do it in nearest future. A lot of soul
gathering first and also he want to achieve bigger position as a Magistrate.
More than 150 years of service for the Spire.

Erceran became a magistrate more than 150 years ago and he never hided from
any battle against any criminal and made few unusual investigations when he
marked people as a criminals who were 100% sure they won't be caught. He
also retrieved scales of justice a lot of times, and often against defenders.
Almost everybody he killed were also very important enemies of order and
Blood Tribunal. And he expected to become provincial magistrate or vindicator
by now.
But instead he was just assigned to Seantryn Modan again, the city what none
ever visits. By Provost Magistrate who is so weak that he dies every time he
awakes, and that's why almost never awakes. Just because Erceran attacked
Grivs (a villager who is a criminal almost all the time) in Galadon when this
time the assassin wasn't a criminal. It didn't even matter that Erceran fled
right 1 round later after he realized his mistake and didn't even hurt Grivs
at all because both before this 1 round and after it the assassin was in
perfect health.
Erceran understands it well that his goal to get better position within Blood
Tribunal will now take a lot of time. So he doesn't really care about goals
of this organization anymore. He will still do his job and maybe even
retrieve the scales of justice sometimes, but only when there is zero risk for
this anti-paladin to do it and when he has free time. He won't become corrupt
magistrate of course because it might make him weaker than now. But his main
goal now is to gain personal by stealing souls of people he kills, anybody he
decides to kill. His goal is to become strongest of mortals, no matter methods.
