Description
A five foot tall felar stands before you. His body is almost completely
covered with light brown fur, exept for the palms of his four paws, his nose
and his eyelids. The cat's form is lean and fit and he moves around with
feline grace. His light brown fur is thick, consisting of approximately one
inch long hairs. His golden eyes are almond-shaped. Frearrir's tail is two
inches of diameter and is of the same length as his upper body. Like all
felar, Frearrir's arms and legs end to sharp-clawed paws.

After giving it some thought, Frearrir has chosen Nenvarsh as his last name.
Nen Varsh. Not black in felar language. The name reminds Frearrir of how he was
exiled from Blackclaw after choosing to become a shapeshifter. This was the
event that ultimately led to Frearrir becoming an Outlander.
Outlander

After being exiled from Blackclaw, Frearrir, or Fre, as he calls himself, received
poor welcome in the cities to which he came, in order to learn his craft. Eventually,
Fre was reluctantly accepted to Udgaard guild, to which he sneaked in when he felt
that there was something to learn from the guildmaster. During the little time Fre
spent in Udgaard, he grew to hate it and the slavery and brutal laws he saw in its
streets. After buying some sleeves from a crumpy dwarven merchant, who too, watched
Fre along his nose, Fre decided never to use coins again, so that he wouldn't be
dependent of them and acquiring them, as he was too independent to work for anyone
other than himself. Fre had already decided to use the services of Udgaard guildmaster
only for the time he didn't have to pay anything for the services. So, Fre needed a new
teacher. He turned to a ranger, a fela called Mikatra, for advice. Mikatra told Fre to
seek out a trainer in Battlefields, who could teach Fre the basics. Fre did this. Mikatra
was a leader in a group called Outlanders of Thar-Eris. In the woods, Fre had heard that the
Outlanders lived like Fre did and shared his hatred towards cities, which he had developed
during the time he wandered from city to city, receiving poor welcome, and the slavery.
Fre hated slavery, like many felar do, and wanted all to be free and follow their own spirits.
So, Fre decided that he would offer to join to Outlander if the rules of pack
would be such that he could follow his own spirit despite of them. So, he spoke
to the leader of the pack, Nightreaver. The leader was a fire giant called Kazren
and he explained that the pack had no rules. Realising that he could follow his
spirit as an Outlander, Fre decided to join Outlander and convinced Kazren to
accept him to the pack during the same conversation.
Some notes on Frearrir
Added Sat Aug 6 16:37:31 2005 at level 48:
Despite the fact that Frearrir has turned his back to Blackclaw, some signs of
local felar culture has remained still in him. He greets people with felar word
mreowr and uses words mre and nen instead of yes and no.
Fre has a somewhat annoying habit of putting the word mre in almost every
sentence. Frearrir respects freedom of spirit and despises those who willingly
serve others in the hope for reward. Fre calls these people hirelings, and
not wanting to be hireling was ultimately the reason he stopped using coins.
