Description

Here hulks a massive, chiseled, fire giant. He is disgusting from head to toe. Mud, muck, bugs, maggots, blood, scabs, and vomit cover nearly every inch of this giant. His skin is nearly black with a slight hint of burgundy. All over his skin is thick black hair. His rubicund eyes are the only color about him. They sit adjacent to a nose that looks more like a hideous boil. His teeth are rotted black, and the corners of his mouth house puss deposits. His fingernails are not quite as rotten as the rest of him, yet what lurks beneath them is unspeakable. He is draped in simple cloths, stained and vile from battle and time. Around his waist hang the rotting bodyparts of humans, uniforms still attached. It is difficult to tell if the stench that wafts from him is from the remains, or his body.

Role

Free.

Gakalak stumbled breathlessly and blinded towards the darkness. He knew not
directions, only light and dark. The dark beckoned him away from his living
hell. He wiped enough blood from his eyes to see the forest's edge. A glimmer
of freedom he had not felt in a very long time. He tossed a set of prison keys
to the roadside, briefly remembering his escape. He was barely alive. His
prison mates and the guards that watched them were not so fortunate. As he
stumbled into the dark woods, he left a trail of blood in the streets behind.
Bloodstained streets that he vowed would remain so. Never would he again be
be bound by man.

Ebbing Rage

Added Mon Jun 26 13:58:37 2006 at level 51:
When Gakalak was young, his primal, savage rage kept him alive. It was the
means to his escape. The means to survival. The means to his goal. But as he
grew and matured, he saw those around him with patience. He began to see that
the way they embraced the patience of the treant never harmed them as his
blind rage tended to. He vowed to set aside some of his primal urges, to learn
more patience. As his rage ebbed more and more, he saw the Dream ever so
clearly.
