Description

A massive brutish orc stands before you, fuming with anger and looking for the next victim to brutalize. He is truly hideous, even in orcish standards. His pale grey skin is covered in old scars, fresh wounds, blood and filth all over. Coarse and sparse black hairs jut from his ball, bruised head. His left eye is hidden under a patch of stinking leather and you can see hideous scar running over from his temple all the way to his half-missing snot-dripping nose. His good eye is bloodshot and reflects hatred to all and everything living, scanning for the next prey. He is clad in some filthy rags thank stink of death and decay.

Basic concepts of the character

Garmak was bred to become a vicious and savage brute who feels nothing but
rage and bloodlust. He was to become a soldier who would spread fear and show
the world the power of the Grinning Skulls village.

As a young peon, he took regular beatings and general molesting to extinguish
any feelings other than rage. Any weakness that he showed, any complaint he
would express was uprooted from him in every brutal means imaginable. There
was to be no place for peace, negotation, friendship or compromise. Only war
and demonstration of his own and his clans power mattered.

Garmak is very pig-headed and short-tempered, if there is a way for things to
go, it is only his way. If he does not like something, he will usually
express it with violence. He does not trust anyone easily, not even other
orcs of his Clan and he does little to hide this.

He honors Clan members above his rank and does not easily doublecross one of
unless given a good reason. However, he is no stranger to corruption and will
always choose himself over others and will not sacrifice himself for the good
of anyone else.. Younger orcs he treats with indifference unless they bother
him.

As for other races, he honors nothing but brutal power. While he would not
befriend himself with anyone easily, he admires and envies warriors greater
than himself.

The Orc God

In youth, Garmak didn't really accknowledge the existence  of Gods in Thera. 
Afterall, the fierceness of a berserker is a measure of strenght and set of
combat skills. Later in life, having fought priests and witnessed their
chanelled power of the Divine, he started realize that maybe the Gods were
not to be ignored.

He began to wonder why the Orcs did not have a god of their own to worship.
After some banter with the elders of the Grinning Skulls he learned of and
old God Rotwang who was once worshipped by his kin. However, nobody seemed to
know where the orcish God had disappeared. Perhaps the God was displeased by
the display the Grinning Skulls were able to give him.

Gods do not simply cease to exist. Garmak believes that if he can become
strong enough and display the true power of the Orcs and that of the Grinning
Skulls, he will be able awaken the dormant God from his long slumber.
